what is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Afterpay payment plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit AND a $100 rescheduling fee.

We are unable to make ANY exceptions to our cancellation policy.
